Warranty Terms At 11 Motors Car Care, we are committed to delivering high-quality car repair and services across Kolkata. From New Town Kolkata to Bidhannagar & New Alipore To Barasat Kolkata we got You Covered across the City, To ensure your peace of mind, we provide a limited warranty on selected services and parts. This document outlines the warranty terms applicable to our customers.

Warranty Terms | Coverage

We offer warranties on specific services and components, as outlined below:

Service Work Warranty

  • Standard Services (such as oil change, filter replacement, inspection):
    Warranty Period: 7 days from the date of service.
  • Mechanical Repairs (engine, brakes, suspension, etc.):
    Warranty Period: 30 days or 1,000 kilometers, whichever comes first.
  • AC Servicing (cooling performance, gas refill, minor repairs):
    Warranty Period: 15 days from the date of service.
  • Battery Replacement:
    Warranty Period: As per the manufacturer’s warranty (typically 12–36 months).
  • Spare Parts Used:
    Warranty Period: As provided by the OEM or part manufacturer.

Exclusions from Warranty

The warranty does not cover the following:

  • Normal wear and tear due to usage
  • Electrical or electronic malfunctions unrelated to the service performed
  • Issues caused by customer negligence, abuse, or misuse
  • Damage caused by accidents, weather conditions, or third-party influence
  • Any post-service modification or unauthorized repairs
  • Parts not provided or installed by 11 Motors Car Care
  • Problems arising from lack of regular vehicle maintenance

Warranty Claim Procedure

To initiate a warranty claim, the following steps must be followed:

  • Contact us via phone or email within the warranty period.
  • Provide your service invoice or job card number along with a description of the issue.
  • Bring the vehicle to our workshop for evaluation.
  • If the claim is valid under the warranty, we will:
  • Repair or replace the faulty part at no additional cost.
  • Provide a follow-up inspection or service if necessary.

Please note: All warranty claims must be processed at our authorized service location in Kolkata.


Warranty Terms Additional

  • The warranty is valid only for the original customer and is non-transferable.
  • Warranty is applicable only for services completed and parts installed by 11 Motors Car Care.
  • Any unauthorized modification or repair performed elsewhere will void the warranty.
  • A valid invoice or proof of service must be presented to claim the warranty.
